Email: nookwook@msn.com  Location: Shreveport, LA  BIO: After I graduated from high school, I went to Grambling State University to major in Nursing. Later on, I transferred to LSU-S and finished with a B.A. in Sociology and am working towards my MLA. I worked at Centenary College as an Admissions Counselor before making the switch to teaching, which is my passion. I taught Special Education at Cherokee Park Elementary School and am currently teaching Special Education at Fair Park High School. I teach Financial Math, Earth Science, and LEAP Remediation Math. I take courses to further my education in the evenings at LSUS as well. I am also teaching youth bible study and enjoy speaking engagements at various church functions. I am divorced, very single, with one daughter, Ryan Elizabeth. She is a kindergartener at Eden Gardens Elementary Magnet. So as you see, my plate is very full but as I like to think, "an idle mind is the devil's workshop!"
